Rather than relying on paid ads or influencer posts, these campaigns focused on face-to-face engagement, real conversations, and physical touch points. From commuter hotspots like Liverpool Street, King’s Cross and London Bridge, to pop-ups inside local vape shops in Manchester and Salford, our teams were positioned where adult consumers already are. 

Each activation was designed to do more than just hand out samples. Branded bins, staff uniforms and point-of-contact setups ensured a strong visual presence. At the same time, leaflets featuring QR codes directed people to brand websites and social channels — driving traffic, encouraging sign-ups, and extending the campaign beyond the street. 

Compliant Vape Marketing: High-Impact Brand Activation

For brands like Lost Mary, this meant engaging thousands of passersby across multiple London locations, creating real-time conversations around their latest product launch. For Vaporesso, it was about embedding into local retail spaces and supporting stockists directly. For RIOT, it meant targeting evening commuters with a simple, high-impact giveaway that led to exclusive offers via QR code sign-up. 

In a category where online promotion is heavily restricted, physical activation remains one of the most effective — and compliant — ways for vape brands to build awareness, generate trial, and stay front of mind.
