How we made a difference
The customer service team covered all areas of the stadium including all approaches outside of the stadium, all internal levels and corporate hospitality. We also initiated simple ides such as young visitor wristbands and stadium maps to aid and improve all visitors event experience. StreetPR managed all recruitment, training, logistics and on-site assessment of teams, as well as providing detailed post event debriefs to the stadium’s senior management.
